At the beginning of the company’s history the production was limited to one partner company in Poland, but over the years new production sites in Hesse, Saxony and recently also in southern Poland were added, which today form the ALFOTEC Group. Each of the three production locations has its own specialisation, but due to the long lasting cooperation and collaboration among each other, they are able to build almost every element and design. In order to get an overview and to look at the most important milestones of the company history, they are presented below.
In Wermelskirchen, between Cologne and Wuppertal, our sales department and head office are located. Here we answer your questions about conveyor technology for general cargo. Wermelskirchen is also home to the management, developers and designers, our office staff and order processing clerks, as well as our financial accounting department.
In Schlitz-Hartershausen, north of Fulda, in addition to the planning and manufacture of our high-quality conveyor systems, we also deal with the conversion or expansion of existing systems. Our particular strength: special solutions and express special designs. We also offer customer-friendly services such as the delivery, assembly and commissioning of our conveyor systems. Maintenance and repair work, the qualification of your plant personnel by means of suitable training measures and, if required, the supply of spare parts round off our range of services.
In Großröhrsdorf between Dresden and Bautzen, we manufacture customer-specific special products. At this location we optimise our service in terms of speed and flexibility. The location was chosen deliberately, because renowned cooperation partners are located in the immediate vicinity, who are active in the areas of steel trading, powder coating and galvanizing, among others. They guarantee that we can produce our express specials in proven ALFOTEC quality.
Our newcomer in Poland is actually a long-standing partner, but has been flying the ALFOTEC flag since 2019. ALFOTEC Poland Sp. z o.o. is located in Wola Hankowska north of Katowice and Częstochowa. This company is the heart of the experienced assembly team of the ALFOTEC Group in addition to a production capacity. But also particularly heavy constructions with a lot of know-how in the field of heavy-duty conveyor technology are designed and manufactured here.
